Where does AireMed ship from?
All our products will ship from Cincinnati, Ohio.
Does AireMed take Medicare or Private Insurance?
AireMed does not bill insurance or Medicare. Our prices are so low that most customers will discover their deductibles are higher than the cost to purchase from AireMed .... with no insurance approval needed!
How do I return my order?
All orders must be approved prior to shipping the item(s) back to us. Please see our Return Policy page for details. Most AireMed products are non- returnable due to federal safety and hygiene regulations.
Why is your pricing so low compared to other companies?
Our prices are low because we are one of the few medical equipment providers in the United States that sell directly to the customer. This allows us to keep our costs low and provide you with quicker shipping and exceptional customer service.
Does AireMed sell any used products?
AireMed does not sell any used or returned items. All returned items are either donated or discarded. We want our customers to know that unlike our competitors, we will never sell you an item that isn’t brand new.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed by 2PM EST will ship on the same day. Hospital Beds and Patient Lifts will ship within 24 hours of your order being placed if not on the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday will ship the next business day.
Does AireMed take a check as a form of payment?
If you are paying by check, please contact our Customer Service department. We will take your order and information, and as soon as we receive the cleared check, we will contact you to arrange shipment.
Where is my tracking number?
When your order ships a tracking number will be emailed to you immediately. If you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder, or simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will respond ASAP.
Does AireMed rent their products?
AireMed does not rent any products.
Does AireMed accept purchase orders?
We only accept purchase orders over $500.00 and from facilities that fall under the categories Hospital, Government, School or Military. Click on the contact us link and fill out the form and a sales associate will be in contact with you to discuss the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement.
